2019 Remodeled Home Tour

With astounding views, this mid-century home in Richmond Beach was completely transformed by adding a 3rd story and replacing the home’s entire exterior. The new top floor includes a master suite with sauna, private balcony, and a larger deck with an outdoor kitchen for entertaining. The renovation also includes a full interior makeover with new kitchen, dining & living room keeping its mid-century roots. As this is the owner’s “forever home”, universal design elements were incorporated throughout, including an elevator up to the new master suite. This new home has transformed this family’s life, and their pets – Rocky & Bullwinkle too!!
