In this special project, we had the opportunity to work again with returning clients—this time helping a father and daughter reimagine their home into a thoughtful multi-generational living space in Shoreline, WA. As a second project with Irons Brothers Construction, this renovation reflects the trust built over time and the power of collaborative design.
The goal was to create a home that meets both of their unique needs while preserving and enhancing the timeless character of their mid-century modern home. From functional layout updates to carefully integrated design details, every decision honored the original aesthetic while making the home more livable for today—and for the future.
