With over 26 years of experience, his leadership reflects a deep commitment to clients, employees, industry partners, and the community.

Joseph has served in several prominent leadership roles, including 2022 President of the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) and 2016 President of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties (MBAKS)—the largest and oldest home builders association in the state. He is also a published author, accredited educator, and one of Washington State’s first Certified Builders. In 2019, his firm received the National Association of Home Builders Safety Award, recognizing their dedication to safe building practices.

His work helps ensure homes are safe, functional, and inclusive for people of all ages and abilities.

Joseph is also a dedicated philanthropist. Each year, he leads his team in building free wheelchair ramps for neighbors in need through Rampathon, and has helped local children build over 1500+ birdhouses at community events—fostering creativity and hands-on learning.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time with his wife Melissa and their daughters, Venetia and Samaria. You might also spot him riding his Harley around Shoreline or walking their two pups, Truffles and Leo. For Joseph, the most rewarding part of each day is helping clients turn their remodeling dreams into reality.
